Returns & Exchanges

We invest great efforts in our products and we hope that you are satisfied with them, and with your ordering experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact us and let us know what went wrong.

Order Cancellation

Orders from this Site can be cancelled only prior to the order's shipping. Cancelation of an order after it was billed and/or shipped will result in charge for the credit card company cancelation fee, and/or shipping charges.

If you made a purchase in the Site and you made a mistake, or otherwise you wish to modify your order, you can do it before we ship it by sending us an Email.

How can I return/exchange my purchase?

You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receiving your order, and that the item you send back is in its original condition. Items will be accepted for refund or exchange only if they are unwashed, unworn (with no stains or damages), packed in their original packaging, and with all tags attached as originally shipped. Returned items will be checked and refunded or replaced, following our customer service team's evaluation. Once approved, we will be happy to issue a full refund, minus shipping costs, via PayPal.

If you decide to return a product, please do not send it before contacting us and filling a return form. Please hold on to your original order form, we'll need it. Please be sure to use a carrier that has tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit. We will send you an email notification upon receiving your return.

How Long Will It Take?

We will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, but during busy periods it might take some time. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 3-4 weeks to get back to you.

What If I Bought Your Stuff Somewhere Else?

If you have purchased a CaravanCollective product in a shop (and not through the CC website), and for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact the shop, and they will take care of your refund/exchange. If you are not satisfied with their service, please contact us and we will help.
